**Cover Artists Needed**
Red Rose™ Publishing is currently looking for artists who hand draw images (medium is at the artist's discretion). Photo manipulation is a plus. CGI is not needed at this time.
Job Description:
Render covers based on author-provided cover art request forms in a timely manner. 'A timely manner' is defined as two weeks though more time is given on a case by case basis depending on the circumstances.
Job Compensation:
Red Rose™ Publishing's artists work on commission and receive six percent (6%) of sales for each cover rendered to be paid at the end of each quarter (every three months). Red Rose™ Publishing pays no fees incurred while producing covers. Buy-outs are negotiated on a case by case basis.

Short resumé stating education and past job experience as an artist.
Links to an online portfolio. If no online portfolio is available, applicant may send JPG/JPEG email attachments of sample works. To discern detail and quality, images should have a width of no less than 600 pixels and no more than 1600 pixels and a height of no less than 1000 pixels and no more than 2400 pixels.
